It is one among the 28 educational institutions in the name of “DAYANANDA SAGAR INSTITUTIONS” (DSI) managed by MGVP, an educational trust. MGVP was promoted by Late Shri. R. Dayananda Sagar in 1960 and manages also Multi – Specialty hospitals in the name of SAGAR HOPSITALS – Bengaluru, India. .
